Pet Transport

Subject to availability, Colleen Cares also provides a pet transport service, for example to and from vet surgeries, to and from kennels, etc. This service is charged at £7.50 per hour plus mileage driven once animals are in the vehicle at the cost of 40p per mile.

The Colleen Cares vehicle is a small 4x4 which can safety and adequately and comfortably accommodate up to four small dogs and two large dogs. A cage barrier is fixed to the vehicle to provide a safe travelling environment for the dog(s), and Colleen Cares is more than happy to use the animal’s own cage/basket for the journey(s) if these are made available. Colleen Cares is also happy to transport smaller animals such as cats, rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs, hamsters, etc., however, cages/baskets will need to be provided for this purpose.
